Refund policy

All blinds are custom-manufactured to each customer's measurements and are therefore final sale โ€” not eligible for general return, refund, or exchange.

We stand behind every order:

  • Remakes โ€” if you mis-measure, we will remake the item at 50% of the blind's price (plus shipping). Email us your order number and original measurements to start one.
  • Damaged or defective items โ€” report within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, to sales@boutiqueshutters.com for a free replacement.

To start a claim, email sales@boutiqueshutters.com with your order number. This policy does not limit any non-excludable rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
