1-Year Warranty.
Your blinds are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of delivery, in the original window, under normal residential use.
What's covered: defects in the slats, headrail, cordless lift mechanism, and tilt wand.
What's not covered: normal wear, accidental damage, improper installation, alterations, exposure beyond normal residential conditions, or commercial use.
How to claim: email sales@boutiqueshutters.com with your order number, a description, and photos. If we can't resolve it with replacement parts, we'll repair or replace the blind.
