Custom-made means made just for you.

Because each blind is made to order in the size you choose, we're unable to accept general returns or exchanges. Here's how it works:

1) Remakes

If you mis-measure and your blind doesn't fit, we'll remake it at 50% of the blind's price (plus shipping). Email sales@boutiqueshutters.com with your order number and your original measurements to start one.

2) Damage or defects

If your blind arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it at no cost. Please report it with photos within 48 hours of delivery to sales@boutiqueshutters.com.

Note: changes of mind and incorrect color/mount selections are not refundable. A 50%-price remake is always available โ€” just reach out.

This policy doesn't affect any rights you may have under applicable law.
